Don't bite the hand that feeds you

Introducing my project, "Don't bite the hand that feeds you," featuring a pink tote bag inspired by the idea of spiting yourself and not miss treating those who help you. i originally wanted the snakes head to be facing up towards the handles to almost "bite" the latch but if I had executed the applique that way I felt that it would take away from the craftsmanship of the snake applique. The unique design includes the snake applique that follows through the handle which has relief cuts to reveal the main print of the bag underneath. This project showcases my craftsmanship and attention to detail in creating a stylish and functional handbag.
